SAN DIEGO, June 27, 2024 (Newswire.com) - Sam Nejabat, Founder and Former President of SJN Properties, was appointed to the California State University Board of Trustees. The appointment was announced by the Governor's office earlier this week. He is also a member of the San Diego Convention Center Corporation Board of Directors and the San Diego County Fair Board of Directors. The 25-member Board of Trustees adopts regulations and policies governing the entire CSU system. Board committees have authority over educational policy, finance, campus planning, and facilities, among other areas. The appointment is considered one of the most coveted appointments made by the Governor. Nejabat replaced Lateefah Simon, who is running to replace Barbara Lee as the East Bay's next Congresswoman. 

Nejabat is currently Senior Advisor of Business Affairs for the California Department of Justice under Attorney General Rob Bonta. Prior to joining the DOJ, he built one of the largest real estate companies based in San Diego. The appointment does require Senate confirmation.

Piasecki and Columbia Helicopters Sign Partnership Agreement

COATESVILLE, Pa., July 3, 2024 (Newswire.com) - Piasecki Aircraft Corporation (PiAC), a global leader in advanced Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft development, and Columbia Helicopters (CHI), the world’s premier tandem rotor helicopter OEM, MRO, and operator, today announced a strategic collaboration to deliver upgraded heavy-lift helicopters worldwide.

The collaboration will upgrade existing Model 107-II helicopters to a new, more fuel-efficient, powerful and robust Columbia Model CHI-107-III configuration. This partnership supports customers in essential services such as emergency response, aerial firefighting, forestry, infrastructure, and defense. The military variant of the Model 107-II is the CH-46E Sea Knight (Phrog), which served with the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy, as well as allies in Sweden and Japan.

Modifications and testing will take place at Piasecki’s 219,000-square-foot heliplex facility in Coatesville, Pennsylvania – acquired in 2023 from Lockheed Martin Sikorsky after the S-76 and S-92 helicopter production lines at the site were closed and hundreds of jobs were lost. Piasecki’s acquisition of the facility was championed by Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey, Representative Chrissy Houlahan (PA-6), Governor Josh Shapiro, and the Chester County Economic Development Council to create new jobs that leverage the unique aerospace skills in the region.

“For generations, Pennsylvanians have served their country and supported their families by manufacturing military helicopters at this Coatesville facility. I fought to support Piasecki’s helicopter remanufacturing because nobody is more up to the task of maintaining our Nation’s military aircrafts than the workers here in Southeastern Pennsylvania,” said Senator Casey in a separate announcement. “This is a new chapter for Coatesville and I’ll keep fighting to make sure these jobs are here to stay.”

All six of the Jolie kids will spend Father’s Day with their mom, not Brad Pitt

According to a report by In Touch Weekly, Brad Pitt will spend Father’s Day alone in 2024.

Apparently, all six children — 22-year-old Maddox, 20-year-old Pax, 19-year-old Zahara, 18-year-old Shiloh, and 15-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne — have opted to spend the day with their mother.

In part, it’s because Angelina Jolie raised them. Though the court granted them 50/50 custody of their then-minor children following their 2016 split, it seems that the Jolie children feel that she is their true parent.

It is easy to suggest that one would have to be “heartless” to not celebrate — or at least call or send a card to — a parent on a day in their honor. But Father’s Day isn’t for everyone. Ultimately, it depends upon what sort of dad you have.

Court documents allege that Brad Pitt physically attacked Angelina Jolie during a fateful 2016 flight.

During the course of the flight, he allegedly strangled one child (who was trying to help his mother) and struck another on the face.

With that in mind, the noted absence on Father’s Day isn’t especially confusing. And neither is the fact that child after child has been purging Pitt from their names.

Some have been more vocal in their justified loathing than others. For the most part, they’ve avoided public statements — sticking to (formerly) private social media statements and Maddox’s court testimony.

Despite very transparent PR pushes to make it seem like Angelina “turned the kids against” her ex or was “keeping” them from him, the evidence doesn’t really support that.

Just weeks ahead of Father’s Day, Shiloh turned 18 — and celebrated the milestone birthday by, among other things, formally filing to drop “Pitt” from her last name.

“Brad was blindsided by Shiloh dropping his last name, but he wasn’t surprised. He feels that Angie has slowly but surely turned their kids against him,” an inside source whined on Pitt’s behalf.

The insider then accused, without evidence: “She absolutely influenced their decisions to distance themselves from their dad.” But did she, though?

“He’s aware and upset that Shiloh dropped his last name. He’s never felt more joy than when she was born. He always wanted a daughter,” the source then complained.

The inexplicably sympathetic-to-Pitt insider glumly added: “The reminders that he’s lost his children, is of course not easy for Brad. He loves his children and misses them. It’s very sad.”

Their once journey between Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist has officially come to an end.

According to court documents obtained by various outlets, the first-ever Golden Bachelor lead and his chosen fiancee struck a divorce settlement on June 4 in Indiana’s Pike Circuit Court.

The nine-page document notes that the former spouses “lived together as husband and wife until April 12, 2024, at which time certain irreconcilable differences heretofore arisen between the parties culminated in their separation.”

The reality stars announced their separation in April, just three months after getting married on an ABC special.

“Theresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations, and we’ve looked closely at our situation, our living situation,” Turner said while seated alongside Nist during an appearance this spring on Good Morning America.

“We’ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it’s probably time for us to … dissolve our marriage.”

Yes, he confirmed at the time. This meant a divorce.

Fans have been in a pretty big uproar since this reveal, considering all the time and effort they put in to watching The Golden Bachelor and to cheering these two lovebirds on.

It’s been especially galling to some observers that Turner and Nist have claimed they couldn’t stay married because they couldn’t settle on a place to live as a couple.

Shouldn’t this have been something they decided on before walking down the aisle?!?

“The thing that strikes me the most in our conversations it’s been how dedicated both of us are to our families,” Nist said on GMA in April. “I think both of us feel like it’s best for the happiness of each of us to live apart.”

Added Nist back then when the topic turned to this confusing living situation:

“We looked at homes in South Carolina, we considered New Jersey, and we just looked at homes after home, but we never got to the point where we made that decision.”

The exes held hands during this appearance and Turner said he had not fallen out of love with Nist, saying on air:

“I still love this person. There’s no doubt in my mind, I still am in love with her. I root for her every day.”

Just not as his wife any longer.

Not so long ago, when they got married in front of a national television audience, Nist said as part of her vows:

CBAs are legally binding contracts between developers and community-based coalitions that secure specific benefits for residents. CBPs are planning tools required for certain federal funds, detailing how developers will benefit the affected populations.

“Community benefits policies represent an opportunity to shift the balance of power in energy infrastructure development and ensure that communities most burdened by the energy system in the past, including Black, Indigenous, and low-wealth communities, have a say in the energy transition,” said Marisa Sotolongo, Ph.D., the author of the white paper. “This white paper outlines IEJ’s recommendations for advancing community benefits and governance in the energy policy landscape.”

The white paper identifies several key insights:

1. CBAs fill a niche in energy policy, enabling communities near utility-scale energy projects to receive benefits that are unlikely to occur without an externally imposed benefits reallocation framework. For example, developers can be required to implement revenue-sharing programs and targeted workforce hiring for underserved populations. CBAs and CBPs can advance substantive, procedural, and restorative energy justice when coupled with strong community engagement and decision-making mechanisms. 
2. Institutionalizing CBAs risk weakened effectiveness: In creating a predictable environment for CBAs, a quick development process can be prioritized over maximizing community benefits and engagement. Federal and state governments must resource environmental justice communities to fully participate in the negotiation process. In addition, there should be support for community-initiated preemptive economic development planning so that communities are in the driver's seat of the energy transition.
3. Transparency and accountability are essential. The public sector must require meaningful participation from frontline communities in all stages of the community benefits policymaking process. CBPs should be made public to ensure that communities can hold developers and the DOE accountable for the benefits promised in these plans. Federal, state, and local governments should adopt and share measurement and tracking methodologies to ensure policy and agreement enforceability and transparency.

Marwan describes the paintings’ mood as akin to Saadi Shirazi's Gulistān, or Rose Garden, a work composed of short prose in chapters. She was inspired, too, by an image from the medieval romantic epic The Romance of the Rose, in which the character Amant falls asleep and wakes up in the garden from his dream. Her paintings suggest the greater historical Andalusian influences and connection to Arabic poetry written on the Iberian Peninsula.

The show’s title comes from Gertrude Stein’s 1913 poem, “Sacred Emily,” which was inspired by Stein’s search for a new language in collaboration with Picasso. Marwan says she read the poem in Paris in October: “Fragmented and repetitive, it kept reappearing starkly in my life,” she says.  

Marwan has received several book awards and recognitions, including the New York Times/New York Public Library’s Best Illustrated Children’s Books of 2022. “Receiving news that my work was in the New York Times Ten Best Illustrated Books was really an absolute dream,” Marwan says, explaining that during the first few years she was sharing her work, she was told by publishers that it wasn’t a good fit for picture books, and by the fine art world that it wasn’t a good fit for galleries. “To see it be uplifted felt almost miraculous after so many eloquent rejections,” Marwan says. 

She also received the United Nations Human Rights Commission Art Award for creating art that uplifts statelessness in 2022. “We are handed down ancient poems, suspended odes in gold, our lives like a rose garden in chapters,” Marwan says.

We know that Gypsy Rose Blanchard is a big Taylor Swift fan. But she might’ve been more inspired by Katy Perry during her time in prison. Apparently, she some kissed girls – and she liked it!

She might’ve been acquitted in the court of public opinion, due to all the torment that she endured at her mother’s hand.

Being infantilized by her mother and then locked away at the age of 23 likely stunted Gypsy’s development in some respects.

But thankfully, her time in Missouri’s Chillicothe Correctional Center wasn’t a total loss.

In fact, Gypsy says she sexually experimented with quite a few of her fellow inmates during her time in the slammer.

In the latest episode of Lifetime’s Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup, the 32-year-old — who was paroled in December of last year — revealed that she questioned her sexuality growing up.

“A big part of womanhood is learning to become comfortable with their sexuality. And for years I wasn’t,” Gypsy remarked while cleaning up her new bedroom.

“For a long time, I questioned my own sexuality because [when] I was a teenager or a preteen, I felt like I was attracted to girls and I got to experiment with that in prison,” she continued, according to TMZ.

“I think I’ve kissed more girls than I have guys.”

Gypsy added that, since her release, she’s learned a great deal about her herself and her body. And her relationship with the both sexes.

“I’m discovering things about myself,” she explained. “I’m a freak!”

It’s not the first time that the convict-turned-reality star has spoken candidly about her sex life.

When Gypsy was first released from prison, she reunited with her husband, Ryan Anderson, whom she’d married while still behind bars.

In case anyone doubted that the couple was quick to consummate their marriage, Gypsy took to social media to boast about Ryan’s “fire D.”

Alas, the union was not long for this world. Gypsy filed for divorce from Ryan just three months after her release.

If Alana Thompson’s pregnant, she would follow in the footsteps of all the role model women in her life.

Her mother, her sisters – they all found themselves with the title of “teen mom”.

But is the young woman, who the world watched grow up under the name Honey Boo Boo and quite literally just turned 18, actually pregnant?

The former child beauty pageant star has only just started nursing school and is barely able to legally vote in this country.

And yet…

Alana Thompson’s Boyfriend Wants Her Pregnant STAT

Speaking to The Daily Mail in June 2024, Alana addressed the possibility of at least some day giving birth, telling this outlet that boyfriend Dralin Carswell is ready for parenthood.

Like, right now it sounds like.

“He wants kids and I don’t want kids,” Thompson told the newspaper, emphasizing that she definitely does not want children while she’s in school.

The reality star and Carswell made their relationship Instagram official in 2021 and have sine garnered a great deal of backlash Dralin was 20-plus years old when he started dating 16-year old Alana.

Carswell also has a history of trouble with the law.

But the pair live together and seem pretty darn happy, with Thompson saying in this interview that it will be “time” to discuss children after she is done with college.

The teenager added that she wants to “one and done, that’s it” when it comes to kids, too, which could very well be a stance she changes after actually becoming a mother.

Sister Pumpkin Worries Alana Will Get Pregnant Without College

But this is not the first time that this topic has come up,. The new season of Mama June: Family Crisis addressed Alana’s future as a mom as well.

In the February 16th episode of the hit TLC series, Alana graduated high school.

The family were all extremely proud of her, but her sister Pumpkin is hoping against hope that Alana will choose not only to go to college, but to go to a school out of state.

When Alana opened up a gift with a college T-shirt inside, she gets annoyed.

“Here we go again with the Colorado stuff,” she says in this exclusive sneak peek posted by HollywoodLife. “Everybody’s stressing about where I want to go, and at the end of the day, it’s my decision.”

The family get into a huge fight on-screen. Alana’s mother, June, thinks she would be just fine if she just stayed where she was, but her sister feels much differently.

In fact, Pumpkin’s biggest concern is if Alana doesn’t go to college, history will repeat itself.

“I really want what’s best for Alana,”Pumpkin says in a confessional.

“Her getting up out of here and exploring a new whole life in a new different state with a new different slate is going to be so much better than staying here and becoming a teen mom lie I did, Mama did, Anna did.”

Nearing tears, she adds, “It’s just a family thing. Like, I don’t know. Just get out of here.”

Now, as the show was filmed some time ago, fans know that she did up going to school, receiving a $21,000 scholarship to study nursing.

And no, she is not pregnant – a fact she has to continually defend against body shaming trolls time and time again.

Alana Has Addressed Pregnancy Rumors Before

Last year, Alana Thompson went all out for prom.

She had a custom dress, a glammed-up look, and a horse-drawn carriage.

However, Alana’s look received some viciously cruel scrutiny — with some accusing the high school student of being pregnant.

Alana hit back against that and other, in some cases more valid, critiques. She has clearly had enough.

In real life, there is a pretty simple social rule: under almost all circumstances, you don’t ask if someone is pregnant unless you are a medical professional. Other than that, you don’t congratulate someone or otherwise assume until the baby’s head crowns.

Suffice it to say that this portion of the social contract goes double for literal actual teenagers. Like, for example, a 17-year-old high school student who was going to prom.

Yes, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson is famous. That doesn’t mean that she likes people body-shaming her. And frankly, this preggo speculation is worse than your run-of-the-mill body-shaming.

Alana saw the cruel things that people wrote, where they asked if they saw a “baby bump” under her prom dress.

Alana on the Pregnancy Rumors: “I Want To Go To College”

So, she took to TikTok Live — not only to quash these rumors, but to excoriate the trolls writing them.

“Like, no I’m not pregnant!” Alana confirmed.

“I haven’t even graduated high school yet, okay?” Alana then reminded these creepy weirdos.

“I want to graduate,” she emphasized.

“I want to go to college before I even think about having kids,” Alana assured. “So no, I’m not pregnant…”

It is very reassuring to hear that Alana will not be following in the footsteps of her mother, or her sister, or her other sister … okay, of a lot of members of her family.

(We can also acknowledge that, in some of those cases, becoming teen moms was not entirely their choice. This family lived in unthinkable, unimaginable poverty for many years)

But it’s not like someone simply issued a claim that Alana was pregnant and some unusually rancid tabloid circulated it as news. Instead, commenters made this up on the spot. All because they saw Alana in her gorgeous prom dress.

Think that we (and Alana) are fabricating the hate? Think again.

Body Shaming Comments From ‘Fans’

“Yeah not a flattering dress…I thought she was pregnant for a min! Plenty of other dresses that would be more flattering, just have to dress for your shape,” one vile comment reads.

“I thought it was a gender reveal,” another despicable Instagram reply snarked. Awful, nasty stuff — and they all posted it where Alana could see it.

As Alana shared her gripes and quashed these body-shaming allegations on TikTok.

Alana seems to be doing that celebrity thing where she cannot distinguish hateful trolls from people making solid points, so she claps back and then tunes them out.

It’s actually pretty understandable. Not just given her background (though also that), but because she is still just a teen.

Some expressed surprise at the grey streaks in a 32-year-old. Especially one whom so many remember as a barely-adult.

Others wondered why he doesn’t dye it — or, perhaps, continue to dye it, as he still appeared to be a solid brunet mere months earlier.

Who is Paige Butcher?

Paige Butcher is an Australian model and actress who was born in 1979. In 1994, she won that year’s Cover Girl Cosmetics Supermodel Search. She had already entered modeling on the advice of family a couple of years earlier.

Since then, she has enjoyed modeling contracts, international work trips, and landed the cover of Maxim in 2004.

This is more or less when she began to delve into acting. She had a small role in 2003’s Something’s Gotta Give. And, in 2006, she appeared as an extra in Big Momma’s House 2.

BTS’ very own Jin is an Olympic Torchbearer for the 2024 Paris Olympics!

One of the most popular music acts on the planet is K-pop supergroup BTS.

Jin, the group’s eldest member, just recently completed his mandatory military service.

Now, he’s representing his country — to delight of countless millions of fans all across the globe.

Korea’s representative in the 2024 Olympic Torch Relay is Jin

On Wednesday, July 3, talent agency HYBE announced that BTS’ eldest member, Jin, will have a special honor.

“Jin will take part in the Olympic Torch Relay to spread the message of ‘harmony’ and ‘peace,’” the agency shared.

HYBE specified: “Jin along with the other torchbearers are scheduled to go across various historic sites of the host country.”

31-year-old Jin (real name Kim Seok-jin) will be representing South Korea in the torch relay after recently performing another service for his country.

In June, Jin completed his 18-month (mandatory) military service.

Certainly, BTS stans across the globe have been posting to social media as if they were pacing a widow’s walk, waking for their husband to return from the war. A bit dramatic, but we’re all relieved that he’s done with his compulsory service.

When will we see Jin receive and pass the torch?

We do not yet know the specific schedule that the torchbearers will follow. The idea is that they will visit various historic sites (as always) in the host country.

The torch relay began in April, beginning — naturally — in Greece. It is, however, a relay — a symbolic journey that representatives from participating countries make in sequence.

At the moment, other members of BTS would not be available for this Olympic honor.

Jin is the eldest member of BTS. The K-pop supergroup is one of the most popular musical entities on the planet.

Jung Kook, V, Jimin, Suga, RM, and J-Hope are currently serving their own mandated military duties.

Jin was able to host the annual BTS debut anniversary celebration last month. He’s getting back into the swing of things now that he’s served his time, so to speak.

Will other BTS members follow Jin as Olympic torchbearers?

At the moment, as we mentioned, other BTS members are completing their own compulsory military service.

However, by 2026, those will be complete. It’s easy to imagine that, say, Jimin could be an Olympic torchbearer for the Milan–Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Olympics. Or for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.

That said, it’s unlikely that every torchbearer will be a K-pop idol, let alone from one single band (no matter how large), from now on. At least let the Stray Kids have a turn, right?

TLC has not yet confirmed a season 19 of Sister Wives, but the stars of the beloved franchise have.

The question is, what will it look like given everything that’s been going on?

Between new marriages, cancer scares, and the shocking news of the death of one of Kody’s sons, season 19 is poised to be emotional.

Here’s what we know so far.

‘Sister Wives’ Season 19 Premiere Date LEAKED By Mykelti Brown

Of late, Mykelti Brown and her husband, Tony Padron, have been sitting down for a number of YouTube videos, most recently telling fans that they are moving from Utah to North Carolina.

“My mom, she is happy for our adventure,” Mykelti recently said of Christine Brown‘s reaction to the decision.

“She supports our choices because we’re doing it for us, as a family, but she’s also extremely sad that we’ll be leaving her.”

Along with this bombshell drop, meanwhile, a Reddit user quoted Christine’s daughter this week and wrote the following online:

Mykelti says Season 19 will air in late August or early September.

This individual went on to note that Mykelti has been revealing various teases regarding what viewers can expect from Sister Wives Season 19:

“The season will include her pregnancy with the twins, as well as Christine and David dating.”

We can’t verify whether these spoilers or accurate or not.

But here’s the thing: Christine married David Woolley ALL the way back in October.

Heck, the ceremony was even filmed for a TLC special.

Were these upcoming episodes truly filmed SUCH a long time ago that we’ll be simply watching them date on Season 19?

“It still kills me how far behind real time this show is,” wrote one annoyed Reddit user upon reading this same post and learning this new information.

“We had a Christine wedding special already, and now they’re going to show her dating her now husband that we watched her marry? So dumb.”

David Woolley Joining ‘Sister Wives’ Season 19 In BIG WAY

Regardless of the timeline, Christine Brown sat down with People Magazine at the start of 2024 and made it very clear that David would be in the new season.

“People are going to be seeing a lot with the two of us,” Brown told the publication in a joint interview with David, adding: “I’m really excited for everybody to meet David more, because he’s really genuine.”

As loyal Sister Wives fans know, Christine split from Kody Brown in November 2021, writing on Instagram back then:

“We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.”

Christine later met Woolley on a dating website and went public with the relationship on Valentine’s Day of 2023.

“I finally found the love of my life, David,” she said at the time, clearly very smitten.

David Is Already Used To The Cameras

Fast forward to October of 2023, and Christine and David were married, and so, his career in reality tv took off.

First, he sat alongside Brown for a discussion on the Sister Wives one-on-one special that aired in December; then he got tons of screen time when TLC followed the pair around for their special, Sister Wives: Christine and David’s Wedding.

But with Season 19, he will have his firs legitimate run as a cast member.

“They threw me to the wolves,” joked Woolley to People, who said he “never wanted to be on camera” before meeting and falling for Christine.

He’s accepted and embraced this new aspect of his life, however.

“Listen, I tried, but then I ended up talking over him and then I feel really bad,” Brown jumped in with People, explaining how she has done all she can to take the lead on air.

“When the interview with the one-on-one with [host] Suki [Krishnan], she was like, ‘How did you propose?’ And I’m like, ‘Let me tell you.’ And I just totally took over.”

Meri Brown Is Returning To ‘Sister Wives’ Despite Fall Out With Family

In the last few years, it’s become clear that Meri has had a falling out with her plural family.

After leaving Kody, her relationship with the other wives start to deteriorate. For one thing, she was not at Christine’s wedding. For another, she sat along at Garrison’s memorial, separate from Janelle and the kids (more on that in a second.)

However, whatever drama is happening with the other women, Meri is still part of the TV family. She confirmed on Miss Understood Podcast with Rachel Uchitel that she would be back for season 19.

“I’m around,” she insisted, though gave no details on the show filming. She simply added, “I’m very excited. I’m  not going anywhere. “

How will ‘Sister Wives’ Season 19 Deal With Garrison Brown’s Death?

While the family sounds prepared to kick off another season, things took a turn for the devastating on March 5. That’s when it was announced that Janelle and Kody’s son Garrison died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

The news saddened the world over, given that the young man was on 25 and that he was just starting to rebuild his life in Arizona. Garrison famously had a falling out with his famous father, but was still incredibly close with his mother.

Unless the show is cancelled, it is very likely that the aftermath the family faces after his passing will play out on the next season of the show.

In fact, reports from The Sun suggest that the show was indeed in production at the time of his passing.

“As sad as it is, his unexpected death came during the timeline of filming,” a family source shared with the outlet.

Garrison’s strained relationship with father Kody was a family focus last season and the source claims that TLC will want to “continue the storyline and fans are going to expect to know what happened to him.”

“I can’t imagine any of this won’t be filmed,” they said, adding, “I just don’t how far this will go and how deep the family will get.”

Is ‘Sister Wives’ Season 19 Canceled for 2024?

Given everything we’ve heard, the likelihood that the show is cancelled is low. Undoubtedly, the family will want to share their next steps in the wake of tragedy with fans.

But who will star on the show?

It will include Christine and David; a now-single Janelle Brown; Meri Brown and maybe her new ex-boyfriend; and then Kody and Robyn Brown, who remain legally married.

“I don’t really prepare him for things,” Christine told People about David joining the show.

“It’s like, this is what it is. This is what we’re talking about kind of a thing. We’re going to meet and have a People Magazine interview…

“But he’s just authentic and real and I think that shines through. I think that he comes across really well just because he’s just himself.”

Piers Morgan has a lot to say about the latest scandal swirling around Prince Harry.

And none of it paints The Duke of Sussex in a very positive light.

As you may have heard about, Prince Harry will be honored this summer at the ESPYs as a recipient of the Pat Tillman Award for Service.

This award is handed out to individuals who have made significant contributions in the world… which echo the legacy of the former NFL player and US Army Ranger, who enlisted after the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Quite a few people out there do not think Harry qualifies for this distinction — despite having served in the British military for 10 years, including two tours in Afghanistan as a helicopter pilot.

He also created the Invictus Games in 2014, an event that serves as a multi-sport, Paralympic-styled games for wounded or injured servicemen and veterans.

It’s not a bad resume

But controversy just follows Harry around almost everywhere at this point.

In his column for the New York Post, Morgan was among those who took issue with this decision by ESPN, absolutely GOING OFF on Prince Harry, who he trashed as a “royal traitor.”

“Pat Tillman is an American hero, a man who gave up serving his country to serve himself,” Morgan said about the man who gave up a professional football career to fight abroad.

The journalist then compared Tillman to Harry as follows, saying the latter is…

“A man who so little understood the meaning of the word ‘duty’ that he swapped his job working for the public as a member of the British Royal Family for life in California as a greedy, money-grabbing celebrity trading off royal titles he does nothing to earn.”

Morgan concluded his rant with this simple point:

“Pat Tillman will be turning in his grave at this dishonoring of his name.”

Morgan has slammed Harry and Meghan Markle every chance he has had since they walked away from their Royal Family duties in 2020.

But he isn’t alone in this case.

“I am shocked as to why they would select such a controversial and divisive individual to receive the award,” Mary Tillman, Pat’s mother, recent told the Daily Mail, adding a few days ago:

“There are recipients that are far more fitting.

“There are individuals working in the veteran community that are doing tremendous things to assist veterans.”
